Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/clients
- Explain products, services, and processes
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Follow up with customers
- Maintain call and customer records
- Achieve daily & monthly calling targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- 12th pass and above
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills
- Basic Hindi & English communication preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment
