About the Delivery Boy Role
As a delivery boy for Zepto in Chandkheda, you pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Chandkheda and the surrounding Ahmedabad area. Earnings from each order are updated in the app, along with any evening or weekend incentives you have qualified for. Income for delivery boys here is around ₹24,000–₹30,000 per month, and it scales with the number of hours you put in.
This full-time position is designed for delivery boys who want their main income to come from Zepto work in Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines shared during onboarding on every shift
- Keep the app updated at store pickup and at customer drop off
- Use in-app navigation to plan the quickest safe route
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for door or gate handovers
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Address proof
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- PAN card
