With demand for fast delivery rising in Jamalpur, Zomato is expanding its delivery rider team across Ahmedabad and needs more hands on the ground. Monthly earnings for this delivery rider role typically range from ₹20,000–₹30,000, depending on the number of orders completed.
Working out of the Jamalpur zone, you'll collect orders from partner restaurants and cloud kitchens tied to the Zomato app and get them to customers' doors on time. The app handles route suggestions, order batching, and live status updates, so you always know what's next on your list, and support is available through the app if you run into an issue mid-shift. You can choose between a few fixed shift windows or work flexible hours, depending on what the local team has open.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants and cloud kitchens promptly
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike, scooter, or scooty
- PAN card
- Age 18 years or above
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Smartphone with active internet access
