Zomato is scaling up its Kankaria operations and needs dependable food delivery partners who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order, whether that's a hot meal or a quick grocery run. New joiners usually shadow an experienced rider for the first couple of shifts before working solo. Both morning and evening shift slots are usually available, so you can pick what fits your routine.
Your Responsibilities
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants and cloud kitchens promptly
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
