Urgent Hiring – Delivery Rider Needed in Kathwada, Ahmedabad
With demand for fast delivery rising in Kathwada, Zepto is expanding its delivery rider team across Ahmedabad and needs more hands on the ground. Expect to take home around ₹30,000–₹37,000 a month, with the exact figure depending on shift hours and order volume.
This role covers Zepto's Kathwada delivery zone in Ahmedabad. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are logged through the app, so payouts and performance tracking stay transparent from day one. Shift slots are assigned on a rolling basis, and swapping shifts with another partner is generally allowed.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores and grocery outlets promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
