Zepto is on the lookout for reliable delivery partners to handle deliveries across Motera and nearby areas.
This role covers Zepto's Motera delivery zone in Ahmedabad. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Earnings for this position are in the ₹22,000–₹32,000 per month range. New joiners typically go through a short in-app tutorial before starting their first shift. Both experienced riders and first-time gig workers are welcome to apply for this opening.
Responsibilities:
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Report issues such as wrong address, order damage, or delays promptly through the app
Eligibility Criteria:
- Valid driving licence
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
