Blinkit is recruiting delivery riders in Odhav, Ahmedabad to deliver groceries, snacks, and household items from local dark stores.
About the Job
You will usually carry one order at a time, with the app queuing the next pickup from dark stores as soon as you complete a drop. Pay is per delivery, with additional incentives during busy periods, and everything is settled to your bank account weekly. Monthly pay sits in the ₹28,000–₹35,000 band for delivery riders in Odhav, with weekly settlement and incentives on top where applicable.
Because this is a full-time opening, Blinkit is looking for delivery riders who can commit to regular hours across the week.
Responsibilities
- Go online in the app only when you are ready to accept orders
- Communicate politely with customers at handover
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
- Collect packed grocery orders from dark stores as soon as they are ready
- Handle fragile items such as glass bottles and jars with care
- Deliver each order promptly so perishables arrive fresh
Eligibility Criteria
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Address proof
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Any valid government photo ID
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
