Most delivery associates complete several deliveries per shift using the Zepto partner app for navigation and order tracking, with the app also showing nearby order clusters so you can plan your route without much guesswork. Both morning and evening shift slots are usually available, so you can pick what fits your routine.
What You'll Do
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Report issues such as wrong address, damaged items, or delays through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores and grocery outlets promptly
Requirements
- Smartphone with active internet access
- Aadhar card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Valid driving licence
- Basic knowledge of local routes in Paldi
- Good communication skills
