Responsibilities
- Reach the restaurant within the pickup time shown in the app
- Respect building and society rules when delivering food inside gated premises
- Keep the delivery bag clean and free of spills
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Park responsibly at pickup and drop off points
- Be courteous to restaurant staff and customers on every order
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Verify the order ID with staff at restaurants before collection
