Role Summary
You confirm each order in the app, collect it from restaurants, and hand it over at the customer's address, keeping the status updated as you go. You will be the face of Zomato at the customer's door, so a courteous, professional manner is part of the job. Pay for this position is ₹22,000–₹31,000 per month, based on the volume of work you complete in Junnasandra.
This is a part-time role for anyone who wants to work a few hours in Junnasandra and keep the rest of the day free.
Responsibilities
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Handle fragile or spill-prone orders with extra care
- Follow basic food hygiene practices while handling orders
- Report any accident or breakdown through the app right away
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
- Stay within the assigned delivery zone during a shift
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option
- Maintain the delivery bag in clean, usable condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age 18 years
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Address proof
- Valid driving licence
