Responsibilities
- Call the passenger through the app if the pickup point is hard to find
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
- Do not carry more than one passenger per trip
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance while online
- Wait at the pickup point for the time allowed and inform support if the passenger does not arrive
- Do not take detours or stop unnecessarily during a trip
- Report fare or route issues to support through the app
- Keep the app updated at pickup and at the end of each trip
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
