You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹32,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Age 18+
- Good communication
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- PAN card
