Swiggy Instamart is hiring active and energetic Pick & Pack Specialists for its fast-paced delivery hub located in Aero City Mohali, Chandigarh. In this highly engaging warehouse role, you will be at the heart of our quick-commerce operations—ensuring that daily grocery and FMCG orders are picked, packed, and processed with incredible speed and accuracy.
If you are under 30 years of age, physically fit, and ideally live within a 5–6 km radius of Mohali City, this is a fantastic full-time opportunity! Key Responsibilities
- Quickly identify and pick a variety of grocery and FMCG products from warehouse shelves based on live customer orders.
- Pack items securely, accurately, and swiftly to ensure they are perfectly prepped for immediate dispatch.
- Perform fast-paced physical tasks to maintain seamless operational flow during flexible, rotational shifts.
- Maintain a highly organized, clean, and safe workspace within the dark store environment.
- Collaborate actively with the broader warehouse team to hit strict daily fulfillment targets and ensure seamless deliveries.
