With demand for fast delivery rising in Ramapuram, Swiggy Instamart is expanding its delivery rider team.
This role covers Swiggy Instamart's Ramapuram delivery zone in Chennai. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Pay for this position is ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month.
What You'll Do
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues such as wrong address or order delays promptly through the app
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Good communication skills
- Age 18+
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- PAN card
- Aadhar card
