The position is full-time, and Swiggy Instamart expects delivery riders in Chennai to work regular shifts through the week.
Responsibilities
- Verify the customer's name or order number before handing over
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option
- Confirm the customer's name or order number at handover
- Collect cash on delivery where applicable and record it in the app
- Inform support through the app if dark stores are running behind on packing
- Secure the order in the delivery bag before riding
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
- PAN card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
