How the Delivery Partner Role Works
You will usually carry one order at a time, with the app queuing the next pickup from dark stores as soon as you complete a drop. Zepto provides a delivery bag and t-shirt at onboarding, so you are ready for your first order from dark stores. The role offers ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month, and Zepto settles the amount weekly so you are not waiting on a monthly cycle.
Because this is a full-time opening, Zepto is looking for delivery partners who can commit to regular hours across the week.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the delivery bag in clean, usable condition
- Secure the order in the delivery bag before riding
- Keep the order upright and stable during the ride
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during evening peaks
- Keep the vehicle documents and licence with you while on duty
- Return undeliverable orders to dark stores as per the app's instructions
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
Eligibility Criteria
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Address proof
- Valid driving licence
- Age 18 or above
- Aadhaar card
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
