Swiggy is expanding its delivery boy team in Chawri Bazar to keep up with growing order volume across Delhi. New partners are being onboarded on a rolling basis.
About the Job
Food orders are time sensitive, so the Swiggy app shows the expected delivery time for each one and routes you the quickest safe way. Evenings and weekends are the busiest periods for food delivery in Chawri Bazar, and that is when delivery boys complete the most orders. This full-time role pays ₹29,000–₹36,000 per month, based on completed work and any incentives you qualify for in Delhi.
The position is full-time, and Swiggy expects delivery boys in Delhi to work regular shifts through the week.
Responsibilities
- Respect building and society rules when delivering inside gated premises
- Use in-app navigation to plan the quickest safe route
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
- Carry the order carefully up stairs or lifts when required
- Report wrong addresses, delays, or damaged orders through the app immediately
- Deliver during the committed time slot shown to the customer
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Aadhaar card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
