This role covers Zepto's Dwarka Sector 8 delivery zone in Delhi. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop-off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Shifts are flexible, so you can log in and out through the app whenever it suits your schedule. Pay runs ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
- PAN card
- Smartphone with internet access
