Kapashera is covered by the CityMall dark store at Mahipalpur, and riders are being added to that team now. Your day begins at Mahipalpur, where you collect the grocery orders assigned to you and confirm every item against the order before leaving. From there you deliver across Kapashera inside the assigned window, collecting payment and issuing receipts on cash on delivery orders. The salary is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month with a fuel allowance paid separately.
Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from the Mahipalpur dark store
- Match every item to the order before riding out
- Deliver to Kapashera addresses within the assigned timeline
- Collect COD payments and hand over receipts
- Report missing or damaged items to the store team
- Maintain a record of completed deliveries
- Ride safely and follow all traffic laws
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooter or electric two wheeler
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Willing to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
You are an employee here rather than an account on a screen. The month's pay is settled in advance, fuel has its own allowance, the shift is a fixed eight hours in daylight, and the incentive for meeting targets adds to the salary as per company policy.
