Zepto reviews delivery times and customer feedback periodically, mainly to keep service quality consistent across Madangir. Pay runs ₹27,000–₹35,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
- Pick up orders from designated dark stores promptly
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication
- PAN card
- Smartphone with internet access
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
