Inside the Naraina Dark Store: CityMall is Taking On Grocery Delivery Boys
The CityMall dark store in Naraina packs grocery orders through the day and sends them out from the same floor. The delivery boys who work there are the last check on every order before it reaches a customer, and the team is being expanded now.
Your shift is a fixed eight hours in the daytime. You collect the orders assigned to you, match each item against the order list, help load the vehicle, and deliver to addresses across Naraina inside the promised window. Cash on delivery orders need the money collected and a receipt handed over, and the collection is settled before you sign off. CityMall pays a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month along with a fuel allowance.
Responsibilities
- Collect assigned grocery orders at the start of the shift
- Match every item to the order list before dispatch
- Deliver across Naraina within the assigned window
- Collect COD payments and issue receipts
- Report damaged or short stock to the store team
- Assist with loading and unloading
- Keep the delivery record accurate through the day
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooty or EV two wheeler
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
This is a salaried job, so the month does not swing with order volumes the way it does on a delivery app. The measure of a good rider here is accuracy and timing, not hours logged, and the fixed pay plus fuel allowance is what makes that possible. Target based incentives are paid as per company policy.
