This role covers Zepto's Okhla delivery zone in Delhi. You'll be responsible for timely pickup and drop off, maintaining good customer interactions, and following safe riding practices throughout your shift. Pay for this position is ₹25,000–₹32,000 per month.
What You'll Do
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Pick up orders from designated stores promptly
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
Eligibility Criteria
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Age 18+
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Aadhar card
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone with internet access
