Swiggy is looking for delivery riders who can reliably cover Rithala, managing pickups and drop-offs while keeping customers informed through the app. Support is available through the app if an order runs into an issue mid-delivery. Pay runs ₹30,000–₹42,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Aadhar card
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Valid driving licence
