CityMall Runs a Dark Store in Sagarpur and is Hiring Delivery Boys on Priority
Order volumes handled by the Sagarpur store have climbed steadily, and the delivery bench has not kept pace with them. That is the whole reason these seats are open now instead of at the next hiring round.
Because the store sits in Sagarpur itself, your reporting point and your delivery area are the same neighbourhood. You arrive for a fixed eight hour day shift, take the grocery orders allotted to you, confirm every item against the order slip before wheeling out, and drop them at addresses across Sagarpur inside the promised window. Cash on delivery orders need the amount collected and a receipt handed over. The pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month with a fuel allowance paid separately.
Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned grocery orders from the Sagarpur dark store
- Check the contents of each order before you leave
- Deliver across Sagarpur within the time window given to the customer
- Collect cash on COD orders and issue a receipt
- Report short or damaged stock to the store team before dispatch
- Keep a daily record of completed deliveries
- Follow traffic and transportation rules on every trip
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooter or electric two wheeler
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Willing to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
Riders who join from app based work usually notice the calendar first. The salary arrives on the same date whatever the week looked like, fuel is reimbursed through an allowance, and incentives for meeting targets are paid over and above the salary as per company policy.
