What You Will Be Doing
Quick commerce orders are time sensitive, so the Zepto app shows the expected delivery time and routes you the fastest safe way. Some orders involve cash on delivery, which you collect and record in the app before moving to the next pickup. This Zepto role pays ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month for delivery riders who work regular shifts in Shanti Niketan.
The opening is part-time, so you can go online for a couple of hours in Shanti Niketan and log off when you are done.
Responsibilities
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or desk mentioned in the order
- Keep your two-wheeler fuelled or charged and in working condition
- Collect packed grocery orders from dark stores as soon as they are ready
- Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules on every delivery
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Inform support through the app if dark stores are running behind on packing
- Keep the vehicle documents and licence with you while on duty
- Return undeliverable orders to dark stores as per the app's instructions
Eligibility Criteria
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Address proof
- Minimum age 18 years
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
