As a delivery associate for Swiggy in Sector-3, you'll pick up orders from nearby restaurants and deliver them to customers across Sector-3 and the surrounding Faridabad area. Most delivery associates complete several deliveries per shift using the Swiggy partner app for navigation and order tracking. The app assigns nearby orders automatically, so most of your day is spent on the road rather than waiting around. Pay runs ₹21,000–₹27,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
- Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
- Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
- Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler with valid RC and insurance
- Aadhar card
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Valid driving licence
