Job Description
As a delivery boy for Swiggy Instamart in Kavi Nagar, you pick up orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers across Kavi Nagar and the surrounding Ghaziabad area. In-app support is available if an order runs into a problem, such as a wrong address or an unreachable customer. Pay for this position is ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month, based on the volume of work you complete in Kavi Nagar.
The full-time nature of this role means more hours online and, in turn, a larger weekly settlement from Swiggy Instamart.
Responsibilities
- Keep orders away from direct sun or rain during the ride
- Verify the order ID with staff at dark stores before collection
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Handle cold or hot items so they stay in good condition until delivery
- Deliver orders without opening or tampering with the packaging
- Call the customer via the app if the address or flat number is unclear
- Follow safety guidelines shared during onboarding on every shift
- Secure the order in the delivery bag before riding

- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- PAN card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Android smartphone with an active internet connection
