Urgent Hiring: CityMall Delivery Boys at the Lal Kuan Dark Store
If you have ridden for delivery apps you already know the trouble with the money. A busy week pays well and a slow week does not. CityMall works the other way round, and its grocery dark store in Lal Kuan is adding delivery boys to the payroll now.
The pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month, agreed before you join and paid whatever the order count did that week. The work itself will be familiar. You report to the Lal Kuan store for an eight hour day shift, collect the grocery orders assigned to you, check every item against the order before you ride out, and deliver across Lal Kuan inside the promised window. Orders marked cash on delivery need the money collected and a receipt handed over.
Responsibilities
- Collect assigned grocery orders from the CityMall store in Lal Kuan
- Check each item against the order slip before dispatch
- Deliver to addresses across Lal Kuan within the assigned window
- Collect payment on cash on delivery orders and issue receipts
- Settle the day's cash collection at the store
- Help the store team load and unload stock
- Follow traffic and transportation laws on every trip
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own two wheeler, bike or EV
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Able to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
Think of it as a job rather than an account. Nobody asks you to chase orders to make the day worthwhile, the hours are set in advance, fuel is reimbursed through an allowance, and target based incentives are paid over and above the salary as per company policy.
