Delivery work in Pandav Nagar without the app-based uncertainty: CityMall hires Delivery Boys on its own payroll, on a fixed 8-hour day shift and a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 monthly salary.
Orders are prepared at the dark store in Pandav Nagar and handed to you for delivery to customers in and around the area. You're responsible for checking each order before leaving, delivering within the timeline, and confirming details on handover.
Responsibilities
- Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations
- Verify delivery details on handover so every order is accurate and complete
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the store team before dispatch
- Process payments when required and issue receipts to customers
- Deliver goods to designated locations within the assigned timeline
- Check items against the order before leaving the dark store
Eligibility Criteria
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
- Valid driving licence
- Aadhar card
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Must have your own bike, scooty, or EV two-wheeler
- Male candidates only
The thing to be clear about is that this is a payroll job, not a delivery app account. You are taken on as a full time CityMall Delivery Boy on a fixed monthly salary, with a fuel allowance and target-based incentives on top, rather than earning whatever the day's orders happen to add up to.
