Urgent Hiring: Salaried Delivery Boys for Shalimar Garden, Ghaziabad
On a delivery app the earnings are counted order by order, which is why two weeks of the same effort can pay very differently. CityMall has built this role the other way. Its delivery boys are salaried staff, and the Mohan Nagar dark store that serves Shalimar Garden is taking on more of them.
You would be paid a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month. The shift is eight hours in the daytime and begins at the Mohan Nagar store, where you collect the grocery orders assigned to you and check each item against the order before you ride out. Deliveries then go to homes across Shalimar Garden inside the promised window, with payment collected and a receipt issued on every cash on delivery order.
Responsibilities

- Settle the day's collection at the store
- Help with loading and unloading when the team needs it
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own two wheeler (bike, scooter or electric)
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
The salary is the headline, but the rest matters too. Fuel is reimbursed through an allowance, the working hours are set in advance, and target based incentives are paid over the monthly figure as per company policy rather than in place of it.
