Limited Openings: CityMall Delivery Executives for Vaishali, Ghaziabad
Delivery apps pay by the order, so a slow week is a thin week and there is nothing you can do about it. CityMall runs its delivery staff on a monthly salary instead, and the dark store at Vasundhara that serves Vaishali is adding to its team.
The salary is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month. The day is an eight hour shift that starts at the Vasundhara store, where you pick up the grocery orders assigned to you and confirm every item against the order before riding out. You then deliver across Vaishali inside the promised window, collect the amount on cash on delivery orders, and issue a receipt each time. Fuel is reimbursed through an allowance paid on top of the salary.
Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned grocery orders from the Vasundhara store
- Confirm every item against the order before riding out
- Deliver to addresses across Vaishali inside the promised window
- Collect payment on COD orders and issue receipts
- Update delivery records through the day
- Assist the store team with loading and unloading
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooty or EV
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Willing to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
A salary removes the arithmetic from the end of the month. You are not adding up orders to see where you landed, because the figure was agreed when you joined. Target based incentives are paid over and above it as per company policy, and the shift finishes in the evening.
Vasundhara is a short ride from Vaishali, and both are dense with residential blocks, which keeps the delivery radius modest.
