Quick commerce is growing fast in Sigma 4, and Zepto needs delivery boys who can handle short, frequent grocery trips through the day.
About the Delivery Boy Role
The work is hands on: collect the order, secure it in your delivery bag, ride to the customer, and complete the handover politely. Zepto provides a delivery bag and t-shirt at onboarding, so you are ready for your first order from dark stores. For this position, monthly earnings are in the range of ₹26,000–₹33,000, depending on shifts worked in Sigma 4.
Full-time delivery boys typically work five to six days a week in Sigma 4, choosing their own login hours each day.
Responsibilities
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for door or gate handovers
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
- Deliver during the committed time slot shown to the customer
- Do not open or tamper with sealed order bags
- Confirm order details in the app before leaving the pickup point
- Be on time for every pickup assigned during your shift
- Inform support through the app if dark stores are running behind on packing
- Handle bags carefully so nothing leaks or tips over
Eligibility Criteria
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Address proof
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- PAN card
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
