Uber is hiring a Driver Onboarding Executive to support driver-partners in DLF Phase 4, Gurugram.
Uber is growing its partner support team in DLF Phase 4 and needs a dependable driver onboarding executive to manage onboarding paperwork, vehicle checks, and partner communication. This role comes with a fixed monthly pay of ₹28,000–₹36,000. Both freshers and candidates with prior back-office or customer support experience are welcome to apply. New joiners typically go through a short training session before handling onboarding cases independently. The role offers steady office hours compared to typical field delivery gig work. Training on Uber's internal onboarding tools and document-verification process is provided to new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and onboarding appointments
- Escalate incomplete or mismatched documentation for review
- Update partner records accurately in the onboarding system
- Conduct background and document checks as per company policy

- Good communication skills

- 12th pass or graduate
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
