What You Will Be Doing
The work is hands on: collect the order, secure it in your delivery bag, ride to the customer, and complete the handover politely. If a customer cannot be reached, the Swiggy app has a support flow to sort it out without leaving you stuck at the address. Monthly earnings of ₹20,000–₹25,000 are typical for this role, with the final amount tied to the hours you log in Gurugram.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
- Carry the order carefully up stairs or lifts when required
- Deliver during the committed time slot shown to the customer
- Keep food away from direct sun or rain during the ride
- Call the customer via the app if the delivery address is unclear
- Keep your two-wheeler ready for back to back orders during peak hours
- Follow all traffic rules and wear a helmet while riding

- PAN card
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Two-wheeler with valid registration certificate (RC)
