Full Time Delivery Boy Job at CityMall, Pace City
Looking for a delivery job that pays a fixed monthly salary rather than per order? CityMall's dark store operation is hiring Delivery Boys in Pace City.
Expect a mix of riding and routine: most of the 8-hour day shift is spent delivering orders from the dark store to homes in Pace City, with short stretches at the store for loading, item checks, and record keeping. Fuel allowance is paid on top of the fixed salary.
Responsibilities
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the store team before dispatch
- Collect payment on cash on delivery (COD) orders
- Check items against the order before leaving the dark store
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
- Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations
Eligibility Criteria
- 18 years or above
- Valid driving licence
- Own petrol or electric two-wheeler with valid papers
- Aadhar card
- Male candidates only
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
Quick commerce apps pay by the order, so a slow week is a thin week. CityMall works the other way around: ₹19,000–₹22,000 arrives every month regardless of order volume, the shift is a fixed 8 hours, and incentives sit on top of that as per company policy.
