Role Summary
The day to day is simple: go online in the Zepto app, accept orders in and around Sector-14, and complete each delivery within the expected time window. Because the zone around dark stores in Sector-14 is small, delivery partners rarely ride far from the store during a shift. Zepto lists this role at ₹30,000–₹38,000 per month, with the final figure shaped by your hours and local demand.
Full-time here means working most days, with the freedom to choose which hours of the day you go online.
Responsibilities
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the order
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
- Avoid using the phone while riding; stop safely to check the app
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
- Ride safely and avoid shortcuts through no entry roads
- Keep the delivery bag closed and secured during the ride
- Ride safely on short routes, especially in residential lanes
Eligibility Criteria
- Own two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Smartphone with GPS and a working data plan
- Minimum age 18 years
- Address proof
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- PAN card
