What You Will Be Doing
As a delivery rider for Zepto in Sector-14, you collect packed grocery orders from nearby dark stores and deliver them to customers a short ride away. Most grocery orders travel only a couple of kilometres, so delivery riders spend more time delivering and less time riding empty. This part-time role pays ₹23,000–₹29,000 per month, based on completed work and any incentives you qualify for in Gurugram.
As a part-time delivery rider, you decide how many hours to give each week, and your earnings scale with that.
Responsibilities
- Communicate politely with customers at handover
- Complete the handover politely even when the customer is delayed
- Check the number of items against the order before leaving dark stores
- Stay within the assigned delivery zone during a shift
- Ride safely on short routes, especially in residential lanes
- Treat staff at dark stores and customers with courtesy
- Ensure the correct order goes to the correct customer on every trip
Eligibility Criteria

- Any valid government photo ID
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- PAN card
- Minimum age 18 years
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
