Job Description
Short Commute, Short Routes: CityMall Delivery Hiring for Sector 14
For someone living in Sector 14, the travel part of this job is close to nothing. The CityMall dark store at Sector 31 that covers the area is a short ride away, and the drops themselves stay inside the sector for most of the shift.
Work follows a set order. You reach the Sector 31 store, collect the grocery orders assigned to you, verify the contents against the order before you leave, and deliver to addresses across Sector 14 inside the promised window. On cash on delivery orders the payment is collected and a receipt issued. The shift is a fixed eight hours in the daytime and the salary is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month, with a fuel allowance paid separately.
Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from the Sector 31 dark store
- Verify contents against the order before leaving
- Deliver across Sector 14 within the promised window
- Collect COD payments and hand over receipts
- Confirm delivery details with the customer at handover
- Maintain the day's delivery record
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooty or EV two wheeler
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Comfortable handling cash for COD orders
Less time on the road also means less fuel burned, and what you do burn is reimbursed through the allowance. Above that sits a fixed monthly salary and a target based incentive paid as per company policy.
Sector 31 and Sector 14 are close neighbours in Gurugram, so a rider from the area knows the lanes before the first day even starts.
