New Delivery Rider Positions Open at CityMall, Sector 23
This is a fixed 8-hour daytime role, no night shifts, based out of a CityMall grocery dark store serving Sector 23, Gurugram.
This opening covers deliveries to Sector 23 from the nearby CityMall dark store at Om Vihar. You'll collect assigned orders at the store, verify the items, ride out to customer addresses in Sector 23, collect payment on COD orders, and keep your delivery records up to date. Pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Verify delivery details on handover so every order is accurate and complete
- Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations
- Check items against the order before leaving the dark store
- Process payments when required and issue receipts to customers
- Collect payment on cash on delivery (COD) orders
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the store team before dispatch
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Willing to work a fixed 8-hour day shift
- A two-wheeler of your own, petrol or EV
- 18 years or above
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
CityMall keeps things simple: one dark store as your base, one daytime shift, and a fixed monthly salary. Incentives are available on top for hitting targets, as per company policy.
