Zomato is scaling up its Sector-27 operations and needs dependable delivery associates who can work independently, manage their own route, and deliver a good customer experience on every order. Earnings for this position are in the ₹32,000–₹40,000 per month range. New joiners typically go through a short in-app tutorial before starting their first shift. The role offers a good mix of independence and steady earning potential for anyone comfortable riding through Sector-27 and nearby areas of Gurugram.
Responsibilities:
- Report issues such as wrong address, order damage, or delays promptly through the app
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
- Deliver orders safely within committed timelines
- Use GPS navigation to plan efficient routes
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good communication
- PAN card
- Age 18+
- Own bike/scooter or scooty
- Aadhar card
