What You Will Be Doing
Most of the shift is spent riding between restaurants and customer doorsteps in Sector-3, with the app queuing the next order as you finish the last. First time delivery executives get a short in-app training on order handling and safety before their first shift. Responsibilities
- Confirm the order ID with restaurant staff before collection
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for contactless or gate handovers
- Return undeliverable meals as per the app's instructions
- Hand over orders directly to the customer or as instructed
- Go online in the app only when you are ready to accept orders
- Carry orders from restaurants without unnecessary stops along the way
