A Salary, Not a Per Order Rate: Delivery Boy Work for Sector 33
Pay first, because that is usually the question. CityMall pays its delivery boys a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month, on the payroll, with a fuel allowance for the two wheeler you ride. The opening is at the Jharsa dark store, which covers grocery orders from Sector 33.
In return the work has to be done properly. You start your eight hour day shift at Jharsa, take the orders assigned to you, check every item against the order before you ride out, and deliver across Sector 33 inside the promised window. Cash on delivery orders need the amount collected and a receipt handed over, and the collection is settled at the store when the shift ends.
Responsibilities
- Collect assigned grocery orders from the Jharsa dark store
- Verify the contents of each order before dispatch
- Deliver to Sector 33 addresses within the assigned timeline
- Collect COD payments and issue receipts
- Settle the day's cash collection at the store
- Maintain records of completed deliveries
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own two wheeler, petrol or electric
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Able to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
A fixed figure changes how you plan. Rent and instalments can be worked out before the month begins, because the salary does not move with the day's order count. Fuel is covered separately, the shift ends in the evening, and incentives for meeting targets are added as per company policy.
