Job Overview
As a delivery associate for Zomato in Sector-36, you pick up orders from nearby restaurants and deliver them to customers across Sector-36 and the surrounding Gurugram area. New delivery associates in Sector-36 typically start taking orders within a few days of completing document verification and training. This Zomato role pays ₹28,000–₹35,000 per month for delivery associates who work regular shifts in Sector-36.
The opening is full-time, so expect to be online for most of the day and to build earnings through steady hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle every package with care so it arrives in good condition
- Keep the delivery bag clean and free of spills
- Keep the delivery bag closed and secured during the ride
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Wait at restaurants only as long as needed and inform support if there is a long delay
- Handle desserts and bakery items gently to keep them intact
- Keep your two-wheeler fuelled or charged and in working condition
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
Eligibility Criteria
- Bank account details (account number and IFSC)
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Vehicle documents (RC and insurance) in valid condition
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
