Zepto is expanding its delivery boy team in Sector 37 to keep up with growing order volume across Gurugram. New partners are being onboarded on a rolling basis.
What You Will Be Doing
Each order is picked and packed by store staff; your job is to collect it from dark stores, ride to the customer, and hand it over quickly. Short trips are the norm in quick commerce, which keeps fuel costs down and completed orders up in Sector 37. Working this role in Sector 37 typically brings in ₹21,000–₹26,000 per month, more during busy seasons.

Responsibilities
- Park responsibly at pickup and drop off points
- Ride at a safe speed even when the delivery window is tight
- Call the customer through the app if the address is hard to find
- Follow the delivery sequence in the app when carrying more than one order
- Verify the customer's name or order number before handing over
- Keep customer details confidential and use them only for the delivery
- Do not open or tamper with sealed order bags
- Confirm payment status in the app before leaving the customer
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- PAN card
- Valid two-wheeler insurance
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Any valid government photo ID
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
