Responsibilities
- Handle bags carefully so nothing leaks or tips over
- Ride at a safe speed even when the delivery window is tight
- Deliver to the exact flat, floor, or house listed in the order
- Go online in the app only when you are ready to accept orders
- Keep the order upright and stable during the ride
- Collect packed grocery orders from dark stores as soon as they are ready
- Log deliveries as complete only after the customer has received the order
- Keep the app open and location on throughout the shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Two-wheeler driving licence issued by the RTO
- PAN card
- Working mobile number for OTP verification
- Active bank account for weekly payouts
- Own bike or scooter for deliveries
- Passport size photograph for profile verification
- Address proof
