As a Delivery Boy you'll report to the CityMall dark store at Cyber Park and deliver grocery orders across Sector 38 and the surrounding parts of Gurugram. Orders are checked before you leave the store, delivered within the assigned timeline, and confirmed with the customer on handover. The shift is a fixed 8 hours in the daytime.
Responsibilities
- Collect payment on cash on delivery (COD) orders
- Check items against the order before leaving the dark store
- Deliver goods to designated locations within the assigned timeline
- Process payments when required and issue receipts to customers
- Pick up orders from the dark store and deliver them to the customer's address
Eligibility Criteria
- Willing to work a fixed 8-hour day shift
- 18 years or above
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Male candidates only
- Own two-wheeler (bike, scooter, or electric)
- Valid driving licence
- Aadhar card
Quick commerce apps pay by the order, so a slow week is a thin week. CityMall works the other way around: ₹19,000–₹22,000 arrives every month regardless of order volume, the shift is a fixed 8 hours, and incentives sit on top of that as per company policy.
