Sector 4, Gurugram: CityMall Delivery Boy Positions Filled on Priority
Sector 4 households are served by the CityMall dark store at Sector 7, and more riders are needed there now rather than later in the season.
Here is how a working day runs. You arrive at Sector 7 in the morning and collect the grocery orders assigned to you. Each order is checked against its item list before you leave, because a missed packet costs a second trip. You then ride into Sector 4 and complete your deliveries inside the time promised to each customer. On cash on delivery orders you take the money and issue a receipt. Before you leave for the day the collection is settled at the store. Salary is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month, and fuel comes through a separate allowance.
Responsibilities
- Collect assigned grocery orders at the Sector 7 dark store
- Check each order against its item list before leaving
- Deliver across Sector 4 inside the promised time
- Take money and issue receipts on COD orders
- Settle the collection before leaving for the day
- Assist with loading and unloading at the store
- Obey traffic rules while riding
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own two wheeler (bike or EV)
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Able to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
This is a full time salaried position rather than an app based arrangement, so the money is decided by your contract and not by the day's order count. Fuel is reimbursed separately and target based incentives are paid as per company policy.
Sector 7 is close to Sector 4, which means short rides and more completed drops in the same eight hours.
