Each shift follows the same loop: reach the pickup point, collect the order, deliver it, and mark it complete in the app before the next one comes in. In-app support is available for issues like a delayed order at restaurants, a wrong address, or a customer who cannot be reached. This part-time role pays ₹23,000–₹29,000 per month, based on completed work and any incentives you qualify for in Gurugram.
As a part-time role, it lets you pick a few hours a day in Sector-4 and still get paid weekly by Swiggy.
Responsibilities
- Follow the customer's delivery notes for contactless or gate handovers
- Wait at restaurants only as long as needed and inform support if there is a long delay
- Maintain the delivery bag in clean, usable condition
- Communicate politely with customers at handover
- Keep food away from direct sun or rain during the ride
- Log off in the app when you finish your shift
- Update the app if a customer asks to reschedule or cancel at the door
