Fixed 8 Hour Day Shift: CityMall Delivery Boys Wanted for Sector 45
No night duty and no open ended hours. The shift runs eight hours in the daytime and finishes in the evening. CityMall is hiring immediately for Sector 45, which is served by its dark store at Cyber Park.
Your day starts at the Cyber Park store. You take the grocery orders assigned to you, confirm each item against the order before you ride out, and deliver to houses and flats across Sector 45 within the timeline promised. Orders marked cash on delivery need the amount collected and a receipt issued. Pay is a fixed ₹19,000–₹22,000 per month, and a fuel allowance covers the running cost of your own two wheeler.
Responsibilities
- Collect assigned grocery orders at the Cyber Park store
- Confirm every item against the order before riding out
- Complete deliveries across Sector 45 inside the promised timeline
- Collect COD payments and hand over receipts
- Update the delivery record after each drop
- Follow traffic rules through the shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only
- Aadhar card
- Valid driving licence
- Own bike, scooty or EV two wheeler
- Any qualification, no minimum education required
- Willing to work a fixed 8 hour day shift
Fixed hours change what the rest of the day looks like. You know when you start, you know when you are done, and the salary for the month is settled in advance rather than counted up order by order. Fuel is covered and target based incentives are paid as per company policy.
Cyber Park is a short ride from Sector 45, so most of the shift goes into deliveries rather than travel.
