Meals need to arrive as they left the kitchen, so careful handling of the bag, especially with liquids, is a daily part of the role. Working this role in Sector-58 typically brings in ₹20,000–₹24,000 per month, more during busy seasons.
The position is part-time, and Zomato leaves it to delivery riders in Gurugram to decide which hours they work.
Responsibilities
- Keep the delivery bag clean and free of spills
- Secure the order in the delivery bag before riding
- Respect building and society rules when delivering food inside gated premises
- Report app or navigation issues through the support option
- Report any accident or vehicle breakdown through the app right away
- Use in-app navigation to plan the quickest safe route
